My acrylic nails are sore. I dont think it is the acrylic or the glue but the BOND AID. I have always thought they were tacky. Many reasons may cause your nails to hurt after having acrylics down but there are a few main ones and one of them is the pressure of the nail tech pushing down on your nails.

It is recommended to go to the nail salon to have your acrylic taken off but you can remove your acrylic at home without acetone and with acetone at home. Nail technicians do many sets of acrylic nails in a day and that can cause them to be unaware of. One of my nails is not growing back properly after I had my acrylic nails removed.
