Can A 12 Year Old Get Acrylic Nails

Its the mother who wants an appointment for her 13 year old daughter and 12 year old niece.

Can a 12 year old get acrylic nails. You could tell her that if she can maintain the gel nails for a certain amount of time then she can try the acrylics. I was happy to take my dd for a manicure and normal polish at 12 though. I think a 12 year old is too young for acrylic nails even if they pay for it.

The salons that still do them dont properly sterilize their equipment. YANBU I have acrylic nails and at the salon I go to they will only do polish on children. These type of nails require fills every two weeks and a 12 year old is not mature enough for these type of nails.
